The Energy Leadership Index Assessment (ELI) gives you the bird’s eye view of how you view the world, yourself, and everyone around you.
The self-awareness you gain taking the ELI Assessment is the equivalent of months of traditional coaching.
By exploring the ELI, you’ll gain insights into how you navigate the world both on a typical day (refer to the diagram on the right) and when faced with challenges. This heightened awareness opens your eyes to the array of options available to you as a unique individual within specific circumstances. Recognizing these options allows you to choose consciously rather than defaulting to automatic responses.
